Standard delivery from the date of dispatch is up to 8 working days. In busy periods, such as during a clearance or sale, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Tracking will be sent to you after dispatch. Subscribers can log into their respected accounts for tracking as well.

Please ensure you always enter a valid e-mail address so that we can pass on tracking information to you, via our courier. We do not pass on any personal information to third parties.

For custom order, please email social@shirleybredal.com. We will e-mail you with information on the expected delivery date for the piece, as the time required to make our pieces varies. After we confirm the production time, you are welcome to proceed with or cancel your order.
